      Is it true that the Fairfield branch is closing? If so do our accounts transfer to another branch or do we have to come in close them and go to Mexia or another branch?

      This particular site is short staffed due to shutting down this location. The wait was terrible and some services were simply not available at this branch.Staff was friendly and apologetic.

      I needed a check from my insurance company endorsed so I could get my roof replaced. I do not use this bank they just bought my mortgage from my original bank. Called this bank the day before and asked if they would be able to do it, they assure me they could do it. The lady said just make sure my wife and I both signed the back and I would need my ID. I drove all the way up there today just to be told that the manager is the only one that can do that and they are out indefinitely and also my wife would need to be present because they needed both our IDs. I basically wasted over 2 hours and a 120 mile round trip! That is not okay when gas is almost 4 dollars a gallon! I ended up have to drive all the way to Terrell to get it done.
