  A full-service bank. Several ATM if your needs are less complicated. There have always been two or more tellers available so the wait is not prohibitive.

  Always a line, NEVER a friendly /good service. Once I stood in a long line on my lunch break to get quarters. I finally get to the window (nobody approached me to ask "Why are you here today?") and this teller trainee points to a sign that says "Limited coinage" or something like that. I said "You dont have that posted on your front door--I had to get to THIS window in order to be able to see it. And even as I see it, I dont fully understand--can I only get one roll of quarters? What does that mean". She tells me that NO, they do have it on the front door, I JUST MISSED IT. NO customer service. So now I get on a bus and go to either Arguello or Laurel Village branches. And yes, it is worth it.

  If only zero stars was an option. I have had a Wells savings account for 35 years, a checking account for 25, and a credit card for 13. Despite that history I am repeatedly treated poorly at this branch. In late August I merely tried to get quarters for laundry and was told no...I had to argue to get just one roll. Aside from these more minor experiences, Wells Fargo as a whole is a horrible bank that defrauds their customers. I moved the bulk of my money to another bank that offers 5 times the interest, and it has been incredible. That bank is the one where you open accounts at a cafe, in 5 minutes. Suck on it wells Fargo. WHACK
