      👎I don't bank with Wells Fargo. Have heard too many bad reviews from close friends. It is definitely not the type of bank I'd want to work with in managing my money

      I went to wells fargo bank here in bethel ak 99559. I had $30.00, i needed to deposit $25.00 to an acc#. I did not receive my change back i totally forgot i had $5.00 change so i went my on my way cuz i was in a hurry. I came back to bethel wells fargo branch i told the teller i was speaking with about it n she said shell be with me shortly after she figures things out n 15 mins later she tells me i have no change that i gave her $25.00. What??!! No I am not stupid, clearly not blind i gave them $30.00 i tried telling them that they just looked at me like im stupid. I told them im sure the cameras will show how much i gave them n i know for sure i gave them $30.00. They clearly ripped me off. I recomend who ever reads this not to branch with bethel branch theyre bad costumer service
