  I’m not sure whether to give this place a 5 or a zero, see my dilemma here is I’ve been planning a robbery and this place looks perfect from the out side but on the inside the staff were friendly and joyful. So as you can tell I’m not sure if I should go with my plan or not please let me know if you have more information Wells Fargo I was just kidding about the robbery but the staff are really helpful and cool so five stars sorry if I offended you

  I recommend any other bank then Wells Fargo in Wyoming. Plenty of banks with less or even with no insane fees and traps like Wells Fargo has they will jar all processing from Thursday thru Tuesday every week because this bank only operates four days a week on the back end. So you can't tell your proper balance and you catch fee after fee. They will rob you blind and smile while doing it. They will also not do anything to help if you stop at a branch All they do is change your order of processings and add fees then say it's the automated system cause it dos not process thursday- Monday until Monday and in any random order?? and they fix it only if you call. I have had 4 fix's all scams and fraudulent over charges from "Wells Fargo" my own bank not even the vendor. A mattress in your house will cost you less then Wells Fargo why should people pay to let them use our own money maybe Wells Fargo should pay me to let them use my money not the other way around.

  VERY horrible customer service. I can't believe how bad this service is. I had 10 mins left before the bank closed. Knowing where i work we have to make big deposits almost everyday. You think Wells Fargo would understand that. But they don't. But don't take my word for it. I talk to many people in this town and they dislike Wells fargo services as well. Well as I just mentioned I had 10 mins before this place closed. It was already bad enough to go to the Wells Fargo on 2nd street being temporarily closed. Then having to drive to the only Wells Fargo still open and having to wait patiently behind a woman that pokes her head out smiles at me and continues to count whatever when she was done and waste more time, so I can't make my business deposit. Doesn't make sense how other people treat others, but I know the commercial teller saw me waiting in line that whole time, BUT instead of taking my deposit with 1 min left before closing, and I was the last person in the commercial line, they ignored me, and decided not to help me. At least at the other Wells Fargo on 2nd st the tellers there if they saw you in line waiting patiently they would help you, even pass closing time, because they know. commercial deposits take longer to process than personal deposits. This was unacceptable service at this one. I hope my boss decides to find a different bank soon, because it's important to give every customer great customer service. No matter who they are.
