      UPDATE now 6 months and still no drive through. Huge line ups inside the store... Multiple elderly people in walkers/canes who have to struggle to get out of car and go inside ... not disability friendly at all. Shameful... When will the drive-thru be fixed??? Five months without their drivethrough? Meanwhile some of us have vulnerabilities to covid and have to go in to their lobby filled with unmasked people ! Last week I watched an elderly person fall in their parking lot because of snow and ice! All of which would never have happened if they'd get their drivethrough working. Banner bank has had theirs working the whole time. I don't think Wells fargo care at all about their customers.
