5.27.23 Multi-Lingual Bank, Outstanding Service Business associates from Europe asked me to recommend bankers speaking Spanish, Portuguese, and French. Fransony Vasquez, Personal Banker at this branch serves his clients in all these languages and of course English too. I happily refer my associates to him. I understand other staff at this Wells Fargo branch are fluent in other languages as well. Call Branch Manager Bob Elias so he can advise you on the banker who will best meet your needs. Erick Gararreta, Wells Fargo Personal Banker, provided caring, swift service when I needed to replace my ATM card for upcoming travel. He cancelled my former ATM card that had been stolen and then arranged for the new card to be delivered quickly. His service is professional from start to finish. This is where I do my banking. The folks there are always happy to take my money. And never disappointed when I withdraw it. Easy in, easy out parking lot in a location next to the main drag and highways. An older bank...but shining with smiles.
