      It’s ALWAYS an issue If I want to cash a check or withdraw money from this branch. Poor customer service to say the least. Older lady once told me I need to call before with drawing a large amount of money. It was 1100.00 dollars!!!!! She said “the bank isn’t equipped for large withdrawals like this.” Take your business elsewhere, I am.

      It is without a doubt the best banking agency I have ever visited. And many people I know agree with me. Customer service agents provide excellent service from check-in to check-out. 100% of the time this has been the case. In these times of social distancing from the global pandemic, we miss our local agency. We hope the office opens soon. Thank you all.
