      Waiting 30 minutes seating in the lobby and no one ask how can we help you. The bank is not busy at all. I just can into get a letter notified. Even though i had to ask i needed assistance I was told appointments only but it took 30 minutes to get that information after being passed up several times. Customer service is nonexistent when it come to helping customers to the right services.

      Terrible customer service. Passive aggressive manager. Wait times through the roof. Shocking upper management hasn’t fixed this branch.
