This branch has great customer service unlike the one on Mason rd.Everyone was very helpful.Xaviar was assisting me and my mum with account opening process and was very diligent.He is great,Wells Fargo should appreciate such a great employee!Thank you!

Absolutely horrible. I waited 45 minutes before i got tired and walked out. The teller told me to go sit down and wait. After that there was no indication on how long or when will i be seen. Either this branch needs to hire more people or just shut it down.
