      Nice people. The policies of the bank are terrible. I am a long time customer. Today is the day of the 9th or 10th ugly episode with the bank so I am letting you all know that customer service here is not good.

      Yesterday at 3:58pm I tried to deposit a large check using the drive thru and was told the car in front of me was the last car. There were no other cars behind me either. Then, the person put a cone in front of my car. There was no reason to be that rude to a customer! Very disappointed! I'm editing my review from one star to four as of 06/12/2020. Understanding of the pandemic and someone responding times have changed and was very frustrated that day. The person moving the cones could have been more compassionate about the situation but its understandable she was doing her job correctly. I've had nothing but good experiences with this branch and can't review poorly based on one circumstance.
