      I needed to resolve issues with the new account blocked due to it getting tagged for lack of deposit. With Angel’s patience we were able to resolve it. It took as awhile to get the account unblocked due to back log call center. I would have rated it five if not for what I perceived to be an understaffed call center.

      Customer service? Not here! After waiting in teller line I was told I need to see a "banker" for a wire transfer ( OK, that was on me. Didn't know) Had a seat and waited for a banker. When she finally freed up she came over and asked what I needed. I said I needed to set up a wire transfer. She said, " I have an appointment at 10:30, you could go to another branch" I looked at my watch- 10:20 and no one else waiting to see her. ?!?! It is going to take you more than ten minutes to set up a wire transfer? Go to another branch? And go thru this again? I will figure it out online. Maybe we don't need physical "bankers", especially with this level of service.

      I have been a customer at this location since moving to Virginia Beach 7 years ago. They have been fantastic there but just recently I had the misfortune of someone causing problems with my account. They went above and beyond to get everything fixed. Addy was the one who stayed on it for me. Thanks to everyone at that branch though for good service always. Melissa Nesbitt
