      I have been considering leaving Wells Fargo and I particularly don’t come to the Port Chester branch. I came in to close my business and personal account. I was greeted by Mr. A Rodriguez the branch manager. I was acknowledged immediately I sat down with him and for the first time, I felt someone was actually listening. He procced to correct my issues and talk to me about my relationship!! Not once did he mention a product. Long story short I left my relationship intact. Hire more people like this manager ASAP.
