  My wife and I were scheduled for 1pm to see the notary. When we arrived, we were told they didn't have a notary. There was a little confusion, and a bit of frustration on my end at first. The staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I'm horrible with names, but one of the gals, confirmed she called us hours before our appointment to notify us of the cancelation/reschedule issue. The staff took to the phones, and did their absolute best to find us another location to see a notary. The staff were able to scheduled us for tomorrow at another branch. I'd just like to say, I truly appreciate the effort of everyone that jumped in to assist us. Things don't always work out exactly the way we hope they do. But we should all be grateful for good things, and appreciate the good in people.

  Today, March 5, 2022, 5 o'clock in the afternoon, they did not want to attend to me. I asked the manager for a favor. I knew that I was half an hour away before they closed. A lady who attends in Spanish told me that they closed at 6 o'clock. the afternoon and when she arrived I ask the manager a favor and I explain to her and she tells me that I am nobody in particular so that she can attend to me that if she has an exception with me it has to be with everyone the attention that the manager gave me was very terrible the way she spoke to me and not at all respectful and also the cashier who attended me So I ask you please to take action on the matter and if not I checked on the cameras So that you can see the way the person in charge of the store lousy lousy service.
