      Don't try and get a loan through them a complete waste of time and run of your credit! Going on over 7 weeks! for a small loan. No communication with them no one has answers, when we finally do get through to someone after over hours on the service line they say they need more information so we give them that and still nothing! WORST BANK EVER! We will be closing our accounts and going elsewhere!

      Is it common practice for a bank to go into your account and credit it without your consent or knowing?, then MONTHS down the road reverse credit your account and tell you there’s nothing they can do. I’m telling you right now, that is NOT ok, any change to your account like that should be consented, PERIOD. This happened to someone I know recently, someone that’s pretty mindful about their account, has been with them for 5yrs, and yet they did that to them. I’ve banked with Trona Valley Credit Union for over 10 years and they said that shouldn’t of ever happened. I’ll do my best to sway people from going to Wells Fargo if that’s the kind of business they do.
