  Went to this branch to cash paycheck Instead of the langhorne branch I went to last week. Had a great experience with Krystal. I needed 2 forms of identification . 1st form was driver license and second was social security card. Other branch would not accept social security as a form of identification. Other branch did cash my check last week with driver license and a health insurance card but would not accept my social security card or photo identification or birth certificate. Most importantly Krystal was very friendly and courteous. I recommend new hope wells Fargo on bridge street.

  Wells Fargo is NO better than any other greedy bank without a heart. Sure, they have a nice big sign up that says their “business is summed up by one word..Courtesy.” Really?!! I tried to make a cash deposit at the New Hope, PA branch because I needed to make an online tuition payment for my son’s college. The teller told me they could not take my cash deposit because they need to be careful about “money laundering.” She did not offer me a reasonable explanation, and just said it is “policy.” She let me leave the bank angry and upset. I could not make it back with a check or money order in time because the bank closed. I returned the next day and spoke with Trevor Scarlato, the branch manager. I explained to him that because they would not take my deposit that day I did not make the tuition payment on time and I was charged a $150 late fee by the school. He politely explained the bank’s policy. He also wanted to reimburse me for the late fee. But the higher-ups would NOT allow him to do so. I couldn’t believe it. I mean what is $150 to a HUGE operation like Wells Fargo? So, I give credit to Trevor for trying to do the right thing. But unfortunately he works for just another BIG BANK that claims to care but ultimately DOES NOT!

  Great staff that is very helpful and friendly. They seem to remember everyone by name and make it feel like a small town bank
