Had an issue with the chip on my credit card. Taylor the customer service manager was extremely professional and was able to answer my questions and gave me the answers that I needed. This was wonderful as I was on vacation and she put my mind at ease. She is an asset to the company. Thank you!

Just left the Wells Fargo Manteo N.C. branch and could not get any help! Literally was pushed out the door! Feel like I was done wrong by the people I trust with my hard earned money. The only person with any customer service is Robert the manager. And of course he was not in today. So I walked out with more problems than I walked in with. And the Russian teller is very disrespectful and was more concerned about getting off work then helping a customer with a problem! Not only does she need customer service training but also should take a language class because her English is so broken I could hardly understand her. And the lady in the office wasn’t much better. What ever happened to the attitude of the customer is always right? Robert Harris you should really look onto how the customers are being treated and talked to because this is definitely a problem that if continues will have your branch being the next Wells Fargo closing its doors. And I’m going to rate this branch 1 star and that’s only because the manager is a decent guy.

Not just this location, but Wells Fargo in general are a bunch of crooks. If you have ANY other options in your area, it's in your better interest to bank somewhere that won't rob you blind to bank with them.
