      The employees at this location are very kind and helpful. There was not a wait when I arrived, and my visit was short and sweet due to the efficiency of the staff! This location is also very nice, and they have sanitizer stations throughout the store.

      When we walked in. Several bank employees were clowning around together. Unable to receive service without an appointment 6 employees in view at desks were not with customers. We waited 20 minutes and no one not even branch manager Laura Ann McIntyre checked with us. Joseph Lammers did help a customer without an appointment during our wait. We also watched a customer be asked to provide proof of her appointment, she had a teller set the appointment for her and had no proof. The bank employee, fresh from lunch agreed to speak with her until her appointment arrived. Do not go here if you require assistance. Rude and unhelpful. They do not care about your business.

      Went in to open a NEW CHECKING ACCOUNT. You will need an APPOINTMENT!!!! Even when there are plenty of people sitting around doing nothing.
