      Needed help with Power of Attorney, as it relates to an out of state account. Lorena and Mel couldn’t have been A - more prepared and B - more helpful. We advised them of the situation prior to arriving. Once I did come in to the branch, Lorena and Mel had docs readily prepared, went through their normal banking verifications and I was on my way in 30 minutes. Completely smooth and seamless. Well done ladies.

      They said they are open until One pm on Saturday for drive through. I go there at 1246 pm all drive throughs were closed. False advertising. When do you really have to get there noon? How can you plan? One pm now.
