      We had a difficult situation to present to the bank. Another Wells Fargo turned us down and hassled us and acted terrible. So I wasn't expecting much but I sure got surprised. The tellers were nice and The masks were on their face completely and the manager was very very nice and they treated us with respect and accomplished our difficult task without any hassle whatsoever. I was so happy leaving that place

      Very poor service not very accommodating and untrustworthy.I was recently in the bank to make a time sensitive wire transfer. It was guaranteed by the associate that it would be transferred that morning as I was there at opening allowing plenty of time for the transaction. Much to my disappointment the manager Ms. Hill was unable to process before the end of the day. Will be closing my account ...
