  Had to go here to see if I could pick up checks, because apparently people still want checks for some reasons. There was a sign on the door that said by appointment only and a woman came out, brusquely asked if I had an appointment, and when I said no she locked the door and strode off to Publix without offering me an appointment. However, I went into the drive through and that woman was extremely patient and explained the whole process to me. I got my checks and was very pleased by her customer service.

  Debbie is the best! Always a big help. She is the only reason I keep my accounts there. Trying to contact the branch via phone is a joke. Nine out of 10 times I call, no one answers. I get a recording that directs me in every instance to a service I am not looking for. Good luck for anyone trying to get a human on the phone!

  Fantastic customer service at this location--do not hesitate to bring your banking needs here. We are always served promptly with friendly smiles by professional staff members who are knowledgeable and show concern for our needs. We have had exceptionally great experiences with Scott Sites who has worked with our family over the course of several Saturday afternoons to get our teen daughters checking and savings accounts with debit cards. Scott Sites has an easy, calm, and professional manner that makes the process of opening accounts and signing documents more of a casual gathering of friends rather than a business exchange. Scott put our teen daughters at ease, treated them as the emerging adults that they are, and even made them laugh, which is not an easy thing to achieve with teenagers. Scott thoroughly explains every part of the process including the whys of the process, and he is just a genuine, likeable, and enjoyable person to work with for all of our banking needs. Trust Scott Sites and trust this Wells Fargo branch--we have used their services for three straight years and look forward to maintaining a long relationship with this location. Thank you! (And also thank you for being open until 2pm on Saturdays!!)
