  I live in Allentown PA. I dried the 15 miles to Schnecksville branch because I started banking there when my brother, who lives down the road, died. They are nicer than the branches in Allentown, they are very helpful and Davia Taylor, who help me with this gracious as a person could be I will still drive the 15 miles to bank at the bank thanks

  Although Google says they are open, it is actually only their drive through and you cannot go inside or talk to a banker. I tried calling 3 times before I drove over, and no one answers the phone. I wish either their phone or website stated that they are drive through service only. They lost a customer today. Why would I bank where I'm not even allowed inside, when I can easily go across the street to BB&T.

  On my daily walk I found a brand new unsigned Wells Fargo Debit Card on the ground by the Bank. Due to the Pandemic entry is by appointment only. So doing the honest and ethical thing I walk up the the drive thru to return the debit card. There were no cars around or in the area. While trying to put the card into the tub to sent. "A young lady who told me her name was Michelle is screaming at me saying you can`t use the drive thru without a car over the loud speaker!" I explained , I was returning someone`s lost Debit Card. No apologies, no thank yous, just you cant do that, and a blank stare of how dare you. Sad you only receive abuse for being honest and doing the right thing. This Branch has a lot to learn about customer service.
