      Have found that none of the branches have customer availability. They open at 9 am to 5 pm. The Same hours that majority of people work. Saturday close at 12 pm. Their hrs are certainly not customer availability. Ill be closing all of my accounts and transferring to bank which are more suitable for me..

      Horrible bank. Left an 83 year old outside in the cold. No one at the bank and refused to take me without an appointment. Waited outside one hour still no one entering the bank. Waste of customers time. Now I know why 25 banks are closing!! Goodbye Wells Fargo!!taking my money elsewhere.
