      Made an appointment with banker 3 times they did not specify what needed to open account last time I when inside manager told me I didn't have an appointment took time off work for nothing

      Wells Fargo needs to do a better job with teller services. They need to have more tellers and someone else on call. The security man is helping customers with banking questions, really? That is not his job. They take advantage because they know people need to do business with them. Very disappointed and that is why I do not have my personal accounts here.
