      Closed, not "closes soon." But the reason for my low rating is this: several years ago, one of the staff at this branch tried to take over as account manager of a Wells trade account. this problem permeates all the way through Wells Fargo, but this particular branch was more aggressive than others. But, the location is very nice.

      Very poor customer service and bankers, They either can't hear and put your information wrong multiple times or they just out right dont' know the basics of every day banking. Extremely dissapointed. Go to another branch. Or just use Chase. I am going to switch soon.
