I was helping my son close out the account of his deceased mother. The employees at Wells Fargo made a difficult situation really easy and stress free. I predicted spending alot of time and struggling with a ton of red tape. But I was completely wrong! They were all great!

Needed a temporary debit card after I lost mine. I did get it, but only after I was forced to listen to a sales pitch about personal loans, credit monitoring.
