      Very bad customer service it is nice big building but no staff works no bankers will help. And the teller her name is Melissa such dumb person thats why she works there. They just have no time for customers they just need all of them to be fired so they work at a fast food well not good customer service. Maybe cleaning jobs around 🤔

      Unfortunately all of my experiences with the representatives on the phone with this branch have been very unhelpful especially during a very sensitive time. The tone of the representatives on the phone has always been very condescending. I do not have much experience with this branch other than the conversations I’ve had on the phone.
