      I dont know how any one could say they are slow unhelpful or rude...because there's ZERO way to know what call center you get when you call. THAT SAID this call center is constantly volunteering with the local community , fixing up parks and working with schools...even when they arent on the phone they are amazing. Despite the fact that many of US are not. I'm willing to bet the majority of bad reviews are folks who: Overdrew their account knowing they couldn't cover it Used a non wells Fargo ATM and are mad they have to pay the fee they agreed to when they did that. Or generally are the type of ugly people that think its okay to act like and speak like common trash because its online or a phone and theres no consequences for being a D*ck to people you don't know just doing their job despite your behavior.

      Shady managers are full lies here. Do not trust the unhappy miserable managers that work at this call center. This place has a bad reputation.

      pretty bad practices from my time working here, was promised by my supervisor that my medical emergency wouldnt count against me but despite having doctor's note was still let go, found out from a co worker my supervisor was not turning in my information to their boss, apparently my supervisor didn't like Latinos on his team
