      Still on hold to hell with Mario all i need is a title faxed to dmv, wish their was more people work or something 25 min in call and first so got disconnected round 2 shoot me. Thanks for calling back frank

      Very rude, did not care about my situation. Just worried about if what i was asking for met their requirements, reguardless of the "real Life situation, going on. Everyone should be treated with respect and dignity, when calling in to get help. The deferment dept, not understanding at all, just worried about checking off all "their boxes" to meet their requirments. There should always be exceptions to policy. I guess honesty doesn't get you anywhere with Wells Fargo . Only one star because it requires it.
