      Payed off my truck and was sent the title. Once I went to renew my registration I could not as DMV said the vin and license plate did not match. Therefore I had to go into DMV only to find out the title I was issued from Wells Fargo was invalid. On the day day they removed them selves as the lean holder, printed my title they went back in an add themselves back in as the lean holder. It has taken 4 days of calls and less then stellar customer service to get this resolved. If I could give them NEGATIVE stars I would.

      Incompetent individuals work here. I financed a loan through them, right before I was going to pay it off I called in multiple times to verify that they send the title to the correct address. They went ahead and sent it to the old address I had on file ANYWAYS, and has thus created a nightmare in trying to get a title for my vehicle I paid off. Absolutely terrible customer service. And that’s being nice.
