      Simply the worst. Started the process of a refi that was solicited to me by them as my lien holder already. 3 months later, and after spending $500 of my own $$ on an appraisal no body bothers to answer the phone, send an email, do anything. Should have gone through my broker in the first place. He will be taking my business elsewhere. What a waste of time!! No wonder there is nothing but 1 stars.

      This has been a nightmare to get my own payment history on a loan. 5 different answers 5 different issues. No one knows anything. No wounder you have so many issues.

      Went to this location because I have issues with my escrow account that would be too difficult to explain on a phone call. Guy dressed in jeans and long sleeve t shirt said he could could not help and gave us a 100 number to call. My statements say "wells Fargo home mortgage" yet the location that states "wells Fargo home mortgage" cannot help me?! Stated they just take applications there. Have a hard time entrusting my Mortgage needs to an office that cannot assistance with the complete mortgage needs and get told I have to travel to Indiana to actually speak to someone in person. My mortgage was sold to Wells Fargo I didn't chose it and for the future I cannot recommend.
