      We were offered payment suspension due to covid 19. Now that we are able to resume making payments all the payments we were unable to make have to be paid now. What was the whole point of payment suspension? It was to our understanding these payments would be deferred. A lot of people are going to lose their homes because of this.

      Having made the mistake of selecting Wells Fargo Mortgage, we learned the meaning of gross incompetence. It seemed at every phase of the home mortgage process mistakes were made that impacted our closing date. And speaking of closing date, on a Thursday we were sent a closing date for the following Monday. Then on the next day (Friday) we were informed that we couldn't close on Monday, so they moved it to Tuesday. This is our third home purchase. The first two went extremely smoothly through another lender. We'll never use Wells Fargo Home Mortgage again.
