  Ms Ina is awesome! This is the third house she has closed for us and if we buy another, we will call her again! She is great to work with, makes the buying process stress free, super simple, and most of all she is very professional! Highly Recommend working with Ms. Ina Fernandez!   I'd give TEN STARS if I could!!! You will NOT go wrong using them as your mortgage lender. INA and TARA are both extremely patient, informative, and had excellent communication for us & we were needy since this was the first home we've purchased. To prove how amazing they were - we used them to purchase a home in New York instead of using local lenders there. They went out of their way to ensure our loan was processed smoothly and explain things to us in great detail in a way we could understand. They went above and beyond to help us with little issues along the way that our lawyer and real estate agent should have been taking care of!!! They have your best interest in mind for sure. They work late when they need to and get things done!! Not sure why the other Google review wasn't good, but don't believe that for one minute - they can't just "screw you out of 10 grand"... That's not how home mortgages work. Wells Fargo doesn't even charge fees besides a credit check & appraisal. Additionally, Ina is incredible & will do anything she can to get the job done. If we had to leave a voice message, phone calls were always returned by end of day or early the next day.
