      Wells Fargo Home Mortgage does not deserve any stars! This is the worst bank for home mortgage! I am due a refund x months and never received a refund check! Its been unresponsive calls and lies after lies since x months. Cases has been opened in Executive Department. Which is the top department. Case manager Dominique Hicks, her supervisor, her manager. Never resolved issues, then multiple cases has been open, but still waiting on my refund! Just called today 11/16/20 again and same thing apologies but another case has to be open. Apologies not accepted, just give me my refund. Please do your homework before signing a mortgage with Wells Fargo!! This will get reported to Better Bureau Buisness. No customer deserves to be treated like this. !!
