  Worst company ever to deal with. Do not waste your time or money with this company. They simply do not care about the consumer at all. You are simply a number to them. I will never use or recommend Wells Fargo ever again!!!

  Do not use Wells Fargo Home Mortgage unless you want to end up homeless. I was issued two separate preapproval letters after fully disclosing all information and providing all requested documentation. 13 days to closing, after I had spent $300 on an inspection, $505 on an appraisal, put $1,000 down, and been repeatedly told that we were good to go for our projected closing date they decided to decline the loan. The reason they declined it was my length of time with my current employer; information I disclosed during the first phone call. Prior to their actual denial they said I may have to up my down payment and pay down some account balances to the total of nearly $5,000 more than we agreed upon. They did not give me the denial until AFTER I gave my 30 days notice at my apartment. My family will be temporarily homeless, paying outrageous fees for a short term rental, while we scramble to find a residence. We lost the house we wanted. Now, they are dragging their feet to give me an "official" denial letter because they say they "can not" write one; there is an "auto-generated system" and when it generates I will get it. They are not even capable of composing a letter to try to help me get some of my deposit back. I was a long time customer of Wells Fargo. I closed out my accounts with them and cancelled my ctedit card with them. Disgusting/Despicable organization.
