      Just don’t get a mortgage through Wells Fargo. I honestly didn’t want to, but I got a mortgage through a small, local bank and they sold it to Wells Fargo pretty quickly. Things have been fine with them for the past couple years up until the last 3 weeks. I’m trying to sell my house and Wells Fargo is not playing nicely with the other bank involved. It has taken 3 weeks to get the other bank the information they need when time is of the essence. I’m over it. I won’t work with them again and will ensure my next mortgage isn’t sold to them.
