  Stay away from this company, just a slick bait and switch operation. My first rep Jane "left" the company, then her husband took over. He was fired for fraud a month after my loan closed, obviously the terms were not what he said. Alex, the owner, calls to hear your story, gets all the info. Ok this part is brilliant, then he calls back on a recorded line and says completely different info. This is a well polished, efficient fraud machine

  Hi Nathan, I must say I’m very disappointed to be reading this review and the fact-less claims you are making. To also clear the air, John was never terminated or fired for fraud as you are mis-stating. When we first spoke on the phone it was to get more details regarding your concern. Our 2nd conversation was after researching the details and attempting to inform you, however, you immediately tried to place words in my mouth. You also took another attempt to slander and belittle our team that worked tirelessly on your loan! We took every call from you throughout and spent as much time as you needed to explain everything in great detail. My story never changed. From the onset you have harassed every member of our team, even making death threats and to do physical harm to our loan officers and processing team. You were clearly made aware of all details and provided every bit of disclosure documentation to you. You have also signed and acknowledged these documents throughout this process. You were also give 5 days after signing to rescind the entire loan if you had seen something you didn't like. John still had the patience to go over your loan multiple times in great detail despite you threatening to “murder his ass”. You contact our processing manager at 5am to tell her you will “scorch waste on her”. WeMortgage PRIDES itself in aiming to achieve the best customer experience EVERY TIME! Sometimes roadblocks are encountered, as is the case when a customer is self-employed or has appraisal issues, etc. That does not give anyone the right to harass and belittle people, and especially threaten with physical harm!!!
