      I recently got on my own car insurance policy and had to provide proof to the bank of my coverages to avoid a $500 fee being added to my loan. I am in college, so I tried to deal with it online since I was not home. I thought all was good, but apparently I misread one of the things on the paper, so it did not go through. When I was home I went in the bank to try to just do it in person to ensure that it was done correctly this time. When I spoke to the teller shew was extremely rude and condescending the whole time. She tried to make me feel stupid and did not offer to solve any of my problems. She actually gave me the wrong information that when I asked how I knew everything would be taken care of she snapped at me saying "because I told you so." The reason I gave four stars instead of one as purely because of the manager, Rachel. Rachel was extremely professional, pleasant, and helped me through the whole process. Wepco is lucky to have Rachel.

      Wepco used to be a great bank until the other ladies that worked there retired. Haven't had a pleasant experience with wepco in years now. The representative clearly picked up the call and hung up on me after waiting several minutes. They have a sketchy card service attached to their phone number that cannot be legitimate. After all the security breaches, I wouldn't doubt if i gave my information to someone. Will be switching banks.

      Awesome bank, I called and made a checking account the same day. It only took 20minutes. Nice and friendly staff.
