  At a very stressful time (believe me folks it can happen to anyone!), the quality and competency of this bank’s employees came through for us. Beginning with the teller who answered my call and assisted in real time, to the banking center manager who questioned and counseled us, and the personal banker who painstakingly processed our accounts, we are grateful and would highly recommend banking at this branch.

  It’s been nothing but a mess since they switched from United Bank. I would rate the staff 5 stars if I could but the company itself, most definitely 1 Star. Several incidences happened with my account which caused lots of frustration, lots of money wasted and several trips to the bank to replace my debit card. The final straw for me is when a company took $486.00 from my account without permission and Wesbanco denied my dispute and let that company rob my family. I highly suggest banking somewhere else.

  The employees and Tellers here are really nice. They work pretty fast to move people through. I've never had to wait long to be waited on. The lobby is always clean. There's street parking out in front of the bank, or a parking lot out back behind the bank. The ATM, is located out back as well. The least amount that you can withdraw that can be made from the ATM is 20.00. There are 2 drive up windows for your convenience to take care of your banking needs from your car. Overall, I have only good experiences at this branch, so they earn a 5 star rating. This review is based on what I have seen, and on my own personal experience there. Please like and share. scott-
