      Wesbanco is absolutely terrible! I've been on hold for over an hour now, trying to access my online banking. Final after 45 minutes, someone answered and then hung up! Pisspoor customer service, online banking and all around customer service! Yall should really invest some of that money into taking care of your customers, before they find a bank that will! I'd love to be contacted by a higher up in management regarding this situation and lack of customer service! Shannan Williams
