      I had always been happy with this bank for years leading up to the last year they are unable to keep up with traffic flow in their drive through when they had 2 locations in my town of Chillicothe now they have1 location in the entire town and it can’t even begin to keep up with traffic flow now it’s 15-20 mins every time I want to do anything at the bank and that’s on a good day and unless they want to continue to lose customers I would keep more than 1 location in an entire town or county because I know I will be looking for a new bank
