      I took out a loan at this bank. The website is useless for loans and so is the bank by phone option. There is no info available on payments due or past payments without physically going to the bank and requesting records, or looking at your statement, which still doesn't show the last payment made. I made a large principal payment that was credited to future payments rather than principal. I did get it fixed. Providing customers with info on their loans would be useful and ethical. Seems shady to me that past payment info is not readily available to the customer. I would NOT recommend using them for a loan. We have a savings here too. Once we pay off the loan we will be closing the account and moving to a better bank.
