      Worst customer service ever!! The bank had incorrectly entered my bank account from a check I had written to a business. As a result, my check had been returned, stating "account not found", along with an added returned check fee. It took me five hours consisting of multiple phone calls, an email, and finally a call from my own bank (Chase) before WesBanco finally fixed their problem.
