  I have had trouble with this bank ever since I joined it back in the summer, I can hardly get through to my online banking because they always say my password is wrong and I never change it now today this is in November now I can’t get in again why because my passwords froze I don’t know what the hell is going on with this bank but the online banking absolutely stinks as far as I’m concerned now going into the bank in Elwood city they are nice they’re finally they’re helpful but I’m getting tired of going in there tell them again my password don’t work what’s going on fix the problem is it that hard come on Wes Banco

  Garbage bank, one of the worst banks in ellwood city. Often have to wait on your money. Sometimes your checks won't go through. And most importantly they thought I was a man born in 1928 and told me I couldn't get a debit card or checks because I was high risk, even though they were my first bank account. I got that sorted out and decided to give them another chance. Well I deposited my paycheck into my account 4 days ago and my money still has yet to hit my account. I've called, left messages and nothing. So I'm switching bank account first thing on Monday, and I better get my money from the check I tried to deposit.
