Always very helpful. The staff is always very friendly and will do whatever they can to help when I and I’ve had questions or problems. Also I left money in the ATM machine and drove off and they fix the problem and gave me my money back. I recommend this bank to everyone!

I have been with this bank for over 3 years. In that time it has changed names and companies 3 times. I was very happy with Scott County Bank. Wesbanco, not so much. If it weren't for the awesome ladies that work at this branch, I would have pulled my account a year ago. I have had multiple issues with their banking structure and fees. I would recommend the friendly service and the people that work there are great, but the company itself honestly SUCKS.
