      I have been with this bank for at least 15 years. I have always loved the service provided and also use online banking daily. However, this most recent website update was a huge inconvenience for literally no gain. Not to mention i can no longer see details about a purchase so i cannot tell where the purchase was made. They held an transaction from two weeks ago and pushed them through today and are not displaying older one. These transaction in my opinion have been processed twice and i am seeing items i don't recognize. I am seriously considering switching banks due to this mess. I could go on but i dont feel like typing it all out. They have a week to fix a lot before a take my banking else where.
