      Don't know why I'm reviewing them on Google maps since I've never been to their headquarter. Do all of my business on the phone or their website. They handle my pensions and I'm happy with them.

      The customer service representatives I spoke to each time were polite and did their best, so I give them an extra star for that. But I was told twice I would receive callbacks within 24-48 hours and never did. I had to constantly call them and then go through the same time consuming process to explain the issue and verify my identity. I was informed the reason I didn't get a call back is they weren't sure what I wanted. That's totally unprofessional. I was also told to expect mail by a Friday and 10 days later still had nothing. This was all in reference to an estate/death benefit. I also never received confirmations or follow ups whenever I sent them requested paperwork.

      Wanted to find if insurance covers chiropractor. Hard to download what I can't find. It's one thing to say that they have benefits, its another to state what they are.
