      I've been with these people for almost 10 years. They are always very nice and they are very hands-on. I've had other banks loose my money because of a clerical mistake but I've never had a problem. Every branch in Des Moines remembers me and one year when I had to walk to them I was sat down handed a cup of coffee and told to sit until I warmed up. They are an amazing experience when in this day and age everything is all business in and out don't care. Yes sometimes it takes a little time to talk to them to figure out what I need done but they do it willingly. Ty West Bank
