      I paid off my Vehicle in July 2020 and have yet to get the Title for my car. I have called multiple times and just get voice-mail, however voice-mail box is full. I don't know how else to get my Title.

      I live a hour away from Sac and I am so irate about them not answering the phone I'm honestly about to drive there to see wth is going on! I have called 4 business days in a row.... 5 after today. I've made on average 30 calls between their "open hours" which is 8am-12pm. It will ring then go to his voice mail. Every month I have to spend my morning calling and calling, he will EVENTUALLY answer, most of the time. Not this time though! It's just So unprofessional, I've never had to deal with somebody this careless, this is a business so take care of your customers! I need to make my payment🙏 PLUS to make it even better, the voice mail Is full so I haven't even been able to leave 1 msg... Is any one else going through the same thing right now? I don't know what to do!!! This is just wrong!!!
