  My husband and I can’t say enough good things about Kim & Pino! We decided to buy down here (we live in Ohio) in a time when it’s a SELLERS, fast moving market and were very specific in an area and home type (in-law suite). They helped us every step of the way staying in constant communication and keeping us up to speed DAILY! The things that can be done online with contracts and closing is truly a transplants dream. They are experienced, kind and proactive beyond belief. Look no further if you’re local or in another state!

  We recently worked with Joy at West Coast Realty. She was top-notch!! Joy took the time to learn what type of home we were looking for. Through the process, she connected us with very reliable businesses such as bankers, inspectors and maintenance personnel. She kept our spirits up in this crazy market.
