      I went in and was kindly greeted. Everyone in the store was super nice! I had a necklace I wanted to sell but was unsure of the stone in it. They referenced me to a jewelry store who could help! I came back and they gave me a reasonable price for all my gold. The facility is clean and organized. I hope people go. Ten out of ten.

      It was a great place when the old ownership had it. They valued both their good employees and their loyal customers. Plus they were always straight foward, fair, understanding of of the customers needs and the fees weren't sky high. The new owners on the other hand are the complete opposite. They fired all the good ones, have zero respect for their customers and are deceitful and not straight foward. The fees are double what the last owners charged and the new owners give less time to pay off all the stuff you pawn and add on fees every chance they get. It would actually be a lot cheaper to just go and buy a new console, a new tv or anything instead of getting anything out of pawn with these people. Because their fees are that expensive. I don't see this place lasting very long. There are much better pawn shops in the area now.

      Bought a flute here, instrument was in great shape. Staff was friendly, place was a little cramped, but all their items appear to be in good condition.
